Is that even possible? It look like he got hit in two different places with different pieces of wood.

No need when I'm on the mower but I'm finally useing my sense and wearing glasses while I trim. Hitting a crawfish hole with no glasses will make anyone tap out!

not while I'm mowing but for sure when I edge or use the trimmer.

No, I have prescription glasses that seem to do the job. But I probably need to wear a mouthpiece when weed eating. I have had a small rock and wooden mulch him be pretty hard in the mouth. The mulch actually made my lip bleed. I puff my mouth and cheeks out actually now, to provide cushion.

Reel mower, weedeater, edger, blower
I don't need it with the mower, but the other three are no question. I don't want to be 60 answering every question with, "Whaaa!?!?"
ETA: I wish I had done more when I operated a zero turn on a crew. Wasn't my best decision.

Yes. Yardwork and bukake requires eye gear.

Always when mowing and trimming. My step grandmother lost an eye mowing when a small piece of rock was thrown by the mower and ricocheted off the side of their house.

I wear a couple forms of PPE

I put my shades and my straw hat on to watch the minority cut the grass while I smoke.

hell no
I usually mow barefoot.
eta: I guess sometimes I wear shades, didn't even think of that as protection
