symptoms please.
There has been an increase in Influenza type A in the last couple of weeks.

In answer to your question, No.
When it goes over three days, yes.

No. I've never had the flu. Been sick obviously, but never the flu death crawl. Always go to the doctor when it's bad enough to miss work.

Got the vaccine last October.

Doesn't sound like the flu. Sounds like vaginosis.

I would go tomorrow if you aren't better. Drink fluids.
If throat hurts, go now.

I go to the doctor anytime I feel less than 90% because struggling through being sick is stupid. I have shite to do and a shot always gets me through the crud.

Vomiting? Yes. I will go. House without Zofran ain't a home.

Tamiflu is the scrip people are looking for when they get swabbed. Last things I ever read were that it may reduce the symptoms by a day or two? I guess it would depend on severity. But I will usually suck it up and take Zofran, Motrin, and NyQuil or Thera flu. And if I have Cheratussin (codeine but not purple Drank) I'll take that before bed.

Flu A has been really bad here this season. Arizona has the highest incidence of flu in the U.S. this season . We are seeing wayyyyyyy much more flu at work than we usually see. It's mandatory for me to get a flu shot at work, but I'm glad for it. Seems like at least one of my patients has the flu every shift at work. One of the adult ICU nurses at my hospital was saying they are seeing more adults(not senior citizens) with flu related deaths this season as well.

Positive for strain B. 105 fever. May have to go back in for chest xray this week.

Glad I didn't just keep rubbing dirt on it.

105 fever? Nah.

Hope you feel better. You don't need a chest radiograph if you aren't having respiratory symptoms.

Not sure why people go to the doctor every single time they feel sick.

Unless it's something super serious, drink plenty of fluids, rest and take any non prescription medication that may help.

If you are still violently ill a week later, then go.

No wonder healthcare is so damn expensive.
