Has to be the worst birthday possible, only having a birthday every 4 years.

On off years, when do you celebrate your birthday? 2/28 or 3/1?

Plus, you only live 1/4th as long as everyone else. that sucks.

Doesn't sound so bad. I hate celebrating my birthday the older I get.

I do.

She celebrated her birthday on February 28 when it wasn't a leap year

I haven't seen her since high school but I imagine that's still what she does

I used to think she was cute, but when I was 18 she was technically only 4, so I stayed away. Didn't want the law to get me.

My dad was born on March 1 during a leap year. Never asked if it was legitimately March 1 or February 29 though.

So someone born February 29, 1984 would only have bdays each leap year:

1988
1992
1996
2000
2004
2008
2012
2016

So they technically would be 8 years old this year? Right?

So you do know someone. Does she claim to be a quarter of her age?

Not much different from most women though.

Damn, that sucks bro. Are you mad at your mom for not fighting the contractions until March 1st?

What's a worse birthday: December 25th or February 29th?

One, you basically get no birthday presents, and the other you only have a "real" birthday every 4 years.

Just think about all the legal trouble it causes being born on leap day..
