One of my cousins owns a nearly 200 year old plantation house that's said to be haunted. Other people claim to have experienced things. I've stayed there several times and absolutely nothing unusual has happened.

OTOH my grandmother believed my grandfather visited her shortly after his death. She woke up one night, and he was standing at the end of the be smiling at her. It only happened once, and I'm the only one she ever told. She was the last person I would expect to claim to have seen a ghost, so I believe she believed it was real.

Yes. I would relate my story here but it would scare people too badly and I don't want to feel responsible for the fallout

I don't know if it's ghosts, spirits, fallen angels, or what. I can type to you that 100% they are real.
