I didn't realize he was talking about an occasional craving like on the weekend when do an activity he enjoys with a buzz. That is completely understandable. I thought he was talking about daily cravings.

I agree, I'm more so implying a "mental addiction".

Like, "goddamn I'd pay $30 for a joint of Reggie today" type of shite.

Yes.

But it's much much much much much harder if you're smoking meth or coke

get it all out of your system.

don't hang with people who use.
I think that is hard from some people.
at least spend more time with people who don't use.

A quarter a week yourself is a shitton of smoking. And I'm all for smoking weed, but spending $80 a week on weed is just a terrible financial decision.

Exactly. As if I would say a qp of kb a week. A quarter of sour diesel all by myself is quite a bit in a week. You build up quite a tolerance over the years

It is a lot. And 80 quarters of quality bud didn't exist for me. Maybe I am just old and didn't have good connections. I paid 100-120 for sour diesel, blue dream, head band, gdp, etc.. I easily spent 600 a month before I quit. Sure not a good financial decision, but didn't put me in a bind. I have a pretty successful career going despite stereotypes, so I just filed it under entertainment

Yes. I went cold turkey many years ago and have had no problems. Do smoke on special occasions only

Nah. I was into dabs a few years ago but it's just too much anymore. I like a light buzz, not being ripped out of my mind like a high schooler.

Sure, not addictive at all. Stated here ad nauseum.

The dab fad died a few years ago, at least where I am.

I smoked pretty much every day for 30 years and got a job that tested. I quit cold turkey. The question was this...they are going to pay me $450/day not to smoke weed so I quit. I missed it at first, but the $450/day was a better deal. I don't miss it, (well yes I do sometimes). I don't think there is anything wrong with it, but the job says no.

People who smoke weed every day have fewer friends, lower IQ, are less successful, report more emotional problems, less satisfaction with life, and have more health problems.

They think, however, that they are really cool and successful. And have life figured out. They're the ones who aren't learning anything.
what a super shallow...pious..obtuse thing to say. I would've rather you just sat there and farted

Yes, but only if you grow up and quit being a loser

I don't think it's died down here, at least with younger people. Probably half the people I see at the shop are buying shatter. I don't mind it if someone is offering on a Friday night or something, but it's not something I buy anymore.
