What about neighborhoods in Livingston? Only one I even looked at was Greystone.

Lakes of Ascension Crossing two very nice houses in your price range one is a corner lot the other is the home of a top realtor in Btr who just built a new house and moved

Dutchtown schools

We have lived in LP and AP prefer living in AP but preferred the school system in LP because the school board is very family oriented. LP schools are like the schools most of us went to when we were kids- good schools, family focused- solid principals good school board
