Or maybe just lock them up and keep them out of normal social interactions for the rest of their lives and prevent them from harming the regular population?

I say get creative.

Like spinning the final wheel in wheel of fortune.

Have about 20 cards with many different ways to go. And to be fair, have an "old age" card in there.

Surgery and harvest organs for someone in need to live. What better way to pay debt owed to society than have the condemned organs insure someone lese may live.

Just an opiate overdose would take a bit. Messy too. May piss self, shite self, vomit. No doubt a seizure as the brain gets deprived of oxygen.

I don't know why they use pentathol. Propofol, a paralytic, and potassium are all that are needed.

PC bullshite is a big issue though.

I am an eye for an eye guy. frick the person getting executed. What I want is that persons rights being taken away like the victims. They had no choice of a last meal or a chance to say goodbye to loved ones. frick that. Also if sentenced to death, no Appel should last more than 6 months. I am tired of paying for these Estes of flesh.

Last week, Supreme Court Justice Scalia said he wouldn't be surprised to see the death penalty struck down in the near future.

NY Times

One reason is that the legal cost to execute criminals is far greater than the cost of life imprisonment.

It should - life isn't always life in a lot of places. They eventually get out and that simply isn't justice.

Because most do not die from heroin itself, but for asphyxiation on vomit due to an overdose.
