Daycare locks up early, leaves 1 yr old inside alone

Holy M-F-ing Shite. I'd lose my mind. We took our son out of a daycare in The Woodlands after my wife heard a story of a 18 month old making it out of the classroom and breaking his arm on a slide unsupervised.
I don't see how multiple people working there could let this happen. I've got to scan my finger and check my son out of the computer where he goes every day. I'll never bring him somewhere without a check in/out system similar to that.
