Get a 50lb kettlebell and do 20/40s for 20 sets. Swing for 20 seconds, rest for 40. Good luck

Yeah I know. Cut is relative in this situation. I can eat better and cut back on all the milk but cutting the beer means a major lifestyle change. Not sure I am ready for that.

I could stand to drink lower calorie beer though. And maybe the skim.

Its more aggressive and aimed at a slighly more novice level lifter. Gslp is a linear progression program with increases in weight every workout, just small increases, where as 5/3/1 is a periodization program with monthly progressions. I always tell people to do greyskull then 5/3/1. Good thing is both are very adaptable and work in pretty much any situation.

Ive seen people get to a 2.5x bw dead, 2x bw squat, 1.5x bw bench, and bw press while increasing bw exercises. Email me and ill send you guys books tomorrow. I listed it on page 2

Beastly Brodin, who art in the squat rack,
Numerous be thy gains.
Thy reps come
Thy sets be done
On the bench as it is in the squat rack.
Give us this day our daily protein.
And correct us of our improper form,
As we correct them that round their backs among us.
And lead us not into laziness,
But deliver us from plateaus.
For thine is the deadlift, the power clean, and the squat,
For several times a week,
Wheymen.

No kidding huh? 30 lbs of fat gain for those tiny strength gains is awful.

They are pretty small gains but i do feel a lot stronger. I would say that at least 70% of gains have been muscle. There just happens to be more fat with that muscle, which I would like to rid myself of.
