Dude. Do you have any idea how long and how much work it takes to put on 21 lbs of muscle? How long did it take for you to gain 30 lbs?

It's been about a year and a half. In the beginning I was not doing starting strength and was working out with machines.

If natural depending on your body type but it can be years.

He said he was thin so im guessing an ectomorph so yea 21 LBS of muscle will take a while.

its all about calorie intake and BPMs. Get a heart rate monitor and do not allow your heart rate to drop below 150 or above 160. Stop taking those long arse breaks between everything. Start with 15 minutes of cardio to get your heart rate up and jump straight into your routine, not allowing your heart rate to drop below 150.

Get your calories down. You are going to lose some muscle mass, but you are going to lose a ton of fat too.

This. I LOVE beer too and drink beer every weekend. Get your diet in check, for the remainder of the week anyway, we already know the weekends will be shot. That's ok honestly, dont over-do it (a six-pack of a good IPA is about 900 calories) and still live your life. Grill some protein and eat veggies during the week and quit chugging gallons of milk. Milk is OK, but just chugging milk will obviously make you fat. It's great that you are at least putting in effort and somewhat care about fitness as opposed to 90% of the American fatass spoonfed public.

You can't lift effectively pumping a constant 150 BPM. Where did you get that shite?
