Cussing in a job interview

I've recently interviewed 3 candidates for a high level executive position, and 2 of the 3 have openly cussed during the interview. Like f-bombs and GD's.
I was immediately taken aback. Has all decorum evaporated from society? Is this now acceptable? What gives?

Executive position in what field?

I interviewed with a company, they flew me in for the interview, and they took me to......HOOTERS. Seriously. This was in New Orleans too. Don’t think you could fail any worse than that.
