It's not for a bachelor party but we have a group of 16 guys going to Tarpon this year. We rented a camp by Arties for 4K
With 11k you could get a house, charter trip, strippers, blow and still party your arse off at Arties

Guided fishing trip in Grand Isle during the tarpon rodeo weekend and experience the wholesome family fun... I mean the trashy strippers do things you have never seen before after the weigh-ins.

Doing a bachelor party in Vegas in early June. It's only 5 guys but we are each throwing in $4k. Should be fun, but even that isn't going to do the kind of damage you're looking for.

Costa Rica
Stay at hotel and bang your life away. They have resorts with prime hookers and everything you need on the compound. The guy went on three tours and you want something he will remember and always thank you for then Costa Rica. Don't frick this up by not executing on poon in Vegas. If you go Vegas then you would need a vet like me to navigate you through the BS into the whores.
Go to the docks to take a pic of fish so wives/ girlfriends can act like yall aren't the scum of the earth

One of my friends in LA would probably go for the fishing part of this. Last two bachelor parties we went on were fishing focused.
How much are we talking per person for 2-3 days big game fishing, lodging, flights, etc for 6-10 guys?

been on one in Vegas, and been in Miami.
Miami was better. We stayed on South Beach, literally on the beach, 12 of us and i think it was about $4500 for the 4 nights. It was an awesome trip. More to do, more hotties and there's topless sunbathers and water to go with the sand unlike in Vegas.
We didn't even go to the strip clubs in Miami, although we had them at the condo every night. They were easy to find and much cheaper than Vegas stippers.
You could go offshore fishing, although we missed our trip due to drunkeness.
Just a lot more to do. unless you feel like gambling in casinos with the old folks.

I just threw one for my buddy at the beginning of march. If yall are bourbon drinkers, the bourbon trail is legit. Private flight from BR to Louisville, KY. Rented a badass house up there off of VRBO. Limo picked us up at 8 in the morning and we hit up 3 of the distilleries. With the Limo, it didnt limit us to the East or South parts of the bourbon trail. We just picked our 3 favorite and tried those. Then we had dinner at Jeff Ruby's and went out all night. Learned a lot, had a blast, got shitfaced and won't ever forget the trip. Im sure with 11k yall can have an even more badass time than we did.
