You are talking about people you see everyday? Maybe it is just me, but if I see someone every day, throughout the day, I don't feel the need to address them every time I see them.

It really all depends on the situation as well. If I am in the middle of doing something I might not really be paying attention to exactly who is passing by. If I see them in passing, I will casually address them "what's going on today?" "everything going good?".. some bullshite like that, but I don't think formally addressing people every day is necessary. In some ways, I think there is some awkwardness in formally addressing.. going out of your way to address people you see every day.

If I passed you in the hall and you even so much as looked me in the eye instead of turning to face he wall or looking down I would roll you down the steps and walk off.

I'm talking about people you work in close proximity to or someone you see fairly regularly, not multiple times in the same day. Ex - a Monday morning most normal people say a little something to each other. It doesn't matter really, but Ive noticed some people just never say hello first (not just to me, to anyone).

I have a tendency to be one of these folks. But I'm not begging for your greeting I am silently hoping that you you don't want to talk either. Thank you for continuing to walk by.

Explain your fear and/or misery to me then. Why are you in a fetal position hoping no one says a word to you?

Some people don't believe in speaking unless they're spoken to.

i HATE the goodmorning i get from every employee of mine. You know what? No, it's not a good morning. And if i knew you frickers would show up on time and do your jobs, i could run this office from my house. But no, i have to come in every day to make sure you get shite done. I hate mornings for that very reason.

when they say goodmorning, i say, 'hello'.

I would look at you, tell you to go suck a cock, and when you try to roll me down the steps, I would move, you would be off your balance and roll down the stairs and I would stay there and laugh at you.. Then tell everyone you tried to hurt a guy in a wheelchair for no reason, but instead, the guy in the wheelchair got the best of you..

Lots of Millenials that we hire are that way. Poor house training. They are too busy being stuck in their phones.
