What's even more of an issue is if they have kids. The daughter learns it's OK to mentally abuse a guy and the son learns to be a total bent over pussy. I can't think of a time I'd ever let a woman talk to me that way without her immediatly being homeless on the other side of my locked door.

Its not really a situation where I plan to hang around them. Its a situation where you are invited to the same events as they are.. A wedding, graduation party, etc. I use to be closer to the husband when we were younger, but I think both of their friends have made attempts to not be around them for this reason.
