First things you need are shelter and a fire.

You get those two things done in the first day or two and you'll be fine. I see a lot of these people working during the hottest part of the day, too.

What's the best way to handle it?

Work from sunrise until 10am-ish, rest/sleep until 4-5 and then do some more work from 5-8 before calling it a day?

Being naked I'm awesome at. Afraid not so much.

So it's pretty much camping in the nude?

Maybe, but probably not. Just being honest.

No, I would get absolutely torched. My skin is pretty fair.

yes. I know I could. Getting sunburnt and bit by bugs seems to be the worst parts. Getting water and food, aren't as hard.
(you can go 21 days with minimal food)

I would learn how to make a fire with stick first though or bring a strike.

TBH, the hardest thing would be going barefoot. If you're not used to it, that shite hurts on rough ground.

Cover yourself with mud for sun and bugs. I Could probably survive on the scraps of food in my beard.

Tie some squirrels to your feet with vines. Problem solved.

Plus...squeaky slippers.

I never understood why you don't win a prize if you make it for 21 days.

The swamp looked like the absolute worst fricking place. I'd quit after 20 mins.

I get in way too bad of a mood when hungry to have someone else around.

I'm watching one where they were on a deserted island.

The chick quit 13 days in.

In most climates I'm pretty sure I'd do ok. I have a pretty good skill set and knowledge base. Of course it would help if I knew what I was getting into beforehand and could research the local ecosystem.

The nudity on TV- no
The survival- wouldn't be a problem at all.

The bugs look like the worst part honestly. I think I could stand most other things. But having a few mosquito bites drives me insane, being covered head to toe would be a nightmare
