I don't intend to be in a fight with any wild animal that doesn't involve me utilizing some sort of a weapon. Animals were designed to with the physical tools to frick shite up and humans were not. I'm grabbing a stick or a rock or something.

This is an interesting one. Of course it all depends on the person. I had to look up some stuff about a bobcat, but your biggest male adult bobcat would be about 49.2" (or 4ft) and would weigh about 40 lbs, which is about the size of the average 8 year old. And they typically prey on animals that are between 1lbs - 12lbs.

If they prey on animals that are 12 or less lbs then you have to think anything more than that is a little too big for them so yeah, it would be highly possible for a human to kill a bobcat with his bare hands.

I would want Dan Bilzerian backing me up with a borrowed police sharpshooter's rifle.

A guy I hunt with had a rabid coon attack him. He was in his ranger and the coon jumped into the cab with him. He ended up hitting a tree and then it was on. Coon did a lot of damage to his left hand (he grabbed it with that hand). But he then hit it with his right 4-5 times and actually killed it with the blows.

So a bob cat would be more difficult but not impossible. However a 7mag will make a mess of one.

You wouldn't think so, but possums are pretty badass too if they're cornered. They don't always play possum.

Bobcats normally choke out in 30 seconds or so. Be a crappy 30 seconds though.

You would get torn up in the process, but yes a human could. You would have to fight your basic urges. When that thing latches on to you, your instinct will be to throw it off, but the proper move is to keep it close so you can overwhelm it with your size.

I know right, I realized my mistake shortly after posting. I'll never forget the time Walker rescued Alex and a bunch of kids from a Grizzly bear by running up on and kicking it right in the gut.

Not sure how many posters have ever seen or hunted a bobcat but it would be an iffy proposition not to have the cat scratch or bite you in such a way that didn't threaten a bleed out scenario (one's neck, mostly). They're much bigger than house cats.

I got a bobcat issue in my hood. We had a rabbit infestation and then a pair of bobcats moved in and no more rabbit problem. I saw one walking along the top of my fence not long ago. After that, I got out of my car and one was just chilling out in the alley like it was nothing.

Yeah - you don't want to frick with them.
