Another observation is until that 37% of major crimes plus a significant percentage of lesser crimes is reduced the black race will be stereotyped. One thing you may consider is having a college education makes one educated, ... not necessarily smart though.

How long before the wrong open carry guy and the wrong cop meet? Jimmys shall be rustled, and guns shall be drawn. Some of these open carry douches are just one notch better than "militia guy".

Something similar happened in a shopping center near hear years back before utube existed. A guy with a pistol strapped to his side was arrested and charged. Of course the cops will lose in a court of law and a lawsuit ensued. The open carry guy won a substantial amount. The police chief, a friend of mine, stated that laws be damned, no one was going to walk around in his city with a gun strapped to their side if they weren't carrying a badge. The open carry guy did do it again but restraint was shown and open carry guy disappeared from the radar. He was just another shite stirrer claiming to be doing it for the good of the second amendment.
I support the right to carry a weapon. That being said I believe it to be a mistake in the society we live in today. People that do this today are simply trying to prove some kind of point and are stupid for doing so. As a life NRA member I am proud of the way the officer handled this situation. I'm glad these idiots put this out there for everyone to see. It is very good press FOR THE COPS.
note: In the video where the black guy was confronted I noticed in the end the black was walked to the curb without handcuffs. I would hope that the end of that story was his weapon returned to him and an apology issued. We will never know.
