What amazes me is that this idiot thinks "talking to the boss" is just the same as calling up a Best Buy or something to speak to their manager. He'd probably have a much easier time just paying the fine or going to court than trying to handle it whatever stupid arse way he's got planned.

I wonder if the guy was actually bothering people with his music or if the cop just needed to meet a quota?

If he didn't want to sign the ticket, he should've been taken to jail. That's how the system works. Looks like the cop bitched out when he started talking about formal complaints.

Let's just put me on the side of saying frick you, Mr. Vocabulary Cop.

Jackasses like this are why I have a hard time not siding with cops. They put up with the trash of society on a daily basis

Meh, police officers dont make the laws they just enforce them. Dude wants to talk to someone about it, but doesn't want to go to court where they talk about those things.

Black dude is a dumbass.

No he told the guy he would give him a mandatory court appearance. Then probably went and put his ticket book up to free his hands up before taking him into custody.

I would of imagine he called backup as well.

Not signing a ticket is not a offense. His summons is recorded with the municipality no matter what and his appearance in court is his responsibility. There are no requisites for signature to assign acceptance.

It's only going to get worse.

Do any of you reading this know anyone who WANTS to be a cop right now?

There is a crap load of a substandard policeman being hired right now because they are having to lower down the requirements to become a police officer. So we are going to have a crapload of people wielding guns that should never be holding one.

This is what the left has asked for.
