Not justified, but I would also say the kid is the one to blame.

Looks to me like he was still trying to squirm out from under that chick cop. I guess the cop could've maybe pushed his arm up (instead of forcing it that far) to try to subdue the kid, but the kid clearly wasn't trying to comply with jack shite, so I don't feel sorry for him at all.

It definitely looked to be intentional on the cop's part IMO.

is it just me, or does it sound like the cop is saying "sorry" right after breaking the kid's arm?

This is nothing like Kelly Thomas incident. For you to even put the two on the same level shows your ignorance.

Kid was still resisting even though he was under control. Didn't quit until the arm broke. I don't think the cop intentionally broke it, but I do think he was intending to inflict pain. He just went too far. Everyone loses here. Kid has a broke arm, but will get paid. Cop will get a slap on the wrist as will the kid.

I never said it was. I was illustrating a reason why someone would legitimately try and move when a cop is cuffing them and how that has resulted in people being severely hurt (and killed). For you to jump to conclusions shows your ignorance.

Ya about that, nothing was restricting his air way. Your illustration is irrelevant. This guy had no legitmate reason to resist. Except maybe after his arm snapped lol.

cop was probably angry because his job is "hard" so he just snapped the kids arm.

A Cop could rape and kill a 2 year old and the scum in this thread would be saying "well the 2 year old shouldn't have been resisting". Don't resist and that won't happen

Probably dislocated, not broken. That was a big kid fighting back, you don't take chances although a tazer might have been better for the cameras.
