I don’t know man, he always seemed like that little voice in your head that has no filters and you always suppress it. Him losing his shite is pretty fricking epic.

Aziz - Awesome comedic actor. Never laughed at one of his jokes in standup.

Joe Rogan’s standup just isn’t funny to me

He isnt great, but hes not so bad that I dont get why hes up there.

I dont get why hes selling out arenas, but he's funny.

I've seen a few people mention Iliza Shlesinger in thread stalking about their favorite comedians. She is the female Dane Cook to me. Loud noises with voices and noises, lots of movement on stage and large gestures, very little actual funny content.

If you watch when Kennison brought out his famine bit on Letterman, it destroyed Letterman. It’s pretty cool to watch when you can see Letterman in the background.

There's very few standup comedians I find funny. Even guys who were funny in the past, like Dave Chappelle and Chris Rock, aren't funny now.

I’m only going with stand ups.

Bill Cosby
Woody Allen
Kathy Griffin
Jay Leno
Ellen Degenres
Aziz Ansari
Lisa Lampanelli
Amy Schumer
Trevor Noah
Hannah Gadsby (least funny person I’ve ever heard)

Trevor Noah

Thought he was marginally funny on his current show. But really not that good.

Watched a stand-up routine, specifically to see why CC chose him for the show. Wow is he bad.

He needs writers, just to be marginally funny.

Is legit funny.

His other standups are horrific.

Joe’s early stand up was pretty good. Over the last decade, not so much.

I enjoy most of his podcasts

Amy Schumer is the obvious choice. All of her stand-up seems to revolve around her smelly vagina. Comedians who rely on hackey ethnic premises also irritate me. The whole "white people talk like this" trope is just lazy. Pryor, Chappelle and a few others were good at racial humor; you're not.

I have to agree

I think most of his comedian friends are terrible comedians too (theo von, joey diaz namely)

Of current comics: Nikki Glazer, Joe Rogan (as a standup, he’s great in podcast form).

Aziz Ansari I neve found funny, but I have since seen him after his “me too” moment and he’s better now.

I have a buddy who's a big name in the standup scene and he once told me that Aziz is pretty hated amongst the NYC comedy circles. Apparently he use the be really cool then Parks n Recs happened and his ego exploded.
