"Half the meth allegedly was concealed in a cereal box inside a duffle bag and the other half was in a clear container under the duffle bag when a state trooper stopped their vehicle late Aug. 5."

Meth is just one of those drugs I don't understand why people get into. The downsides are plainly evident, so why even touch the stuff?

They offer programs in medical assistant and cosmetology. Calling it a college is more than a bit of a stretch. I don't know WTF Virginia has to do with Biloxi. Must be one of those deals like University of Phoenix, but even shadier.

I don't disagree with you, but I suspect that's his his job title.
FWIW, Tulane has a satellite campus in the shopping center across from the mall in Biloxi.
