It's a big block motor size, not a weight. I'm almost 6'1" and weigh 179 lbs. because I'm not into fork-assisted suicide and I can tell myself "No".

I'm going to my Urologist Tuesday. He's a personal friend and my medical gatekeeper, instead of an FP.

Wish me luck as he rams his gloved marfantish Shaquille-sized finger up my anal canal. To milk my prostate. Then he looks at my junk and palpitates my testes. Wonderful! And we make small talk about LSU's chances for hosting a Regional. Surreal.

He says he doesn't look forward to any of this, he's in it for the healing and the money. I have my doubts....

As to the OP: It's like the kid who shoots both of his parents and then goes before the judge and begs for mercy as he's an orphan. Good luck, I guess.

I'll send good thoughts your way

This guys needs all of the help he can get. At 407lbs there is a decent chance your heart stops on the OR table. Good luck!

In order to shut up all of the haters and non-believers can you post a "before" picture of you at 400lb+ right now? Then in 6-12 months you can bump this and and !!!!!

Good luck, bro. Had the same thing 3 1/2 years ago. Started off where you are and got to 180 in a year's time. I've put back on about 15 lbs, but can dial back in at anytime. I can definitely eat more, but not obscenely so.

Stick to your protein, don't be afraid of fat, avoid all carbs(under 25 grms/day)... even fruit, get plenty of water and don't snack. Get 3/4 meals per day and measure your food.

I can drink just as much as I could before... and honestly, alcohol has replaced food to a point. Make sure you keep your marriage strong... I didn't and it led to problems with the new look and newly-garnered attention.

You'll do great. Best decision of my life. It's brought confidence that led to a new career, new opportunities and much more life seized.

You'd rather rip an already healthy weight person. Sounds good.

Gotcha. I agree it is stupid to be rude to someone that is doing something to improve themselves, regardless of their past decisions. It would be like ripping on an addict for deciding to go to rehab!
