Nicely done C.
You should look into p90x3 or something similar. It's very easy to fit a 35minute workout into your day even on shift work. Just a suggestion, keep up the good work.

Knees, back, ankles... They all no longer hurt just from walking around, going up/down steps or just standing for extended periods.
Other than being overweight I never had any other major health issues such as diabetes or hyper tension. But my blood pressure has come down from the higher end of the "normal" range where it used to typically be when I was at my heaviest.
ETA: I have a lot more energy to do things. Don't constantly feel run down and lethargic like I used to.

Wife does that.
Exercise is the biggest obstacle that I've yet to break the mental block on. I know it would definitely help break the plateau and get me to me goal. Just need to get off my arse and do it!

Something you guys can do together and keep each other motivated in doing. We also have an in game thread going that's helpful for motivation purposes as well. I assure you after about the 2nd week you'll feel bad for not working out one day and it will definitely help with your energy level.

Good job breh.
This is not a shot at you or anything, but I'm thankful to be one of those people who can eat pretty much anything and not put on pounds, couldn't imagine doing what you guys have to do to keep at a healthy weight

Congrats on the weight loss. Temporary plateau or not, losing ~100 lbs is a big deal. How tall are you?
Starting, or getting back into, an exercise regimen can be tough. I've got a very nice exercise bike next to my bed and in front of a TV. Theoretically, I could easily ride it while watching the news. But it rarely happens. I'm down from the low 320s to the upper 290s, but I've got a long way to go.

Damn son nice work. As someone who just got done working out and has only lost 15 lbs I am proud of you- even if you did kick my arse in a TD NFL fantasy league a few years ago
