CDaniel--I had the sleeve 12/19/13. Started at 265. Monday morning was at 201. Been at this weight for nearly 5 months. My issue was medical. Diabetic, HBP, Gout, etc. Last pill and shot I took was 12/09/13. 7 pills and a shot a day. No meds and feel 20 years younger. Congrats and keep up the good work.

You're doing great and getting healthier, you're close to 100lbs down... that means IMO the lower you get the more active you should be getting. Don't get complacent, start kicking some arse.

Also, shave your head and grow a goatee... get some fricking style going.

I've been trying to get the motivation to do just this lately. I feel more energetic, but trying to break the 30+ year habit of being a couch potato is proving to be more difficult than I thought it'd be. I just need to do it. Also, working 12hr, alternating night/day rotations and having 2 kids under the age if 5 in the house hinders me a bit also, but I need to stop using that as an excuse.

I actually do shave my head. Just haven't in a couple weeks in that pic. I sometimes grow a goatee but hate having to wear the damn itchy beard nets at work (you don't want hair in your coffee, do you? Ha!)

Try to find some type of sport you can get into, tennis or swimming or something. Find something you halfway enjoy and go all in.

I started out at 407lbs and am now 309lbs. I will find a way to break through this plateau and get to my goal weight of 250lbs.

Great progress, but don't stop at 250. Make the healthy food and exercise a lifestyle, not a diet. Keep going and going and going
