I'd bet there are a few that would break 100 lbs., but not much bigger than that.

A big catfish is 60-80 lbs.

Yes catfish are real. They're not actually cats though, they are fish. That's just a silly name for them because they purr when they are caught.

I've been on a little pirouge In Anna's bottom north of natchez and seen fish in the water that were easily as long as the boat itself. Catfish and gar. Wouldn't want to catch either in a boat that size.

I sure there are some monsters out there that are just too big to catch with anything normal and its damn sure too murky to see them down there short of diving with the intention of seeing them.
