I didnt read everyone's advice so SIAP.
Turn the tables on the situation. Do the opposite of how you feel. Be friendly and hang out with the dude. Try to get on his level. When you learn who he really is (douche or not) you'll know if you should dump her or not.

Could you trick him into a one on one convo and then punch him and loudly say "DONT EVER frickING TALK LIKE THAT ABOUT MY GIRLFRIEND AGAIN!" Walk calmly away. When your gf checks on you tell her something like he said he boned her or she was a boring lay or something like that.
