Yes he's clearly in my head and I realize that's a problem. I think my GF knows that I'm not a fan, which makes it worse. Any suggestions or tips for how to handle this - I really don't want to keep hanging out with this dude.

and yes this is the hottest girl that Ive had maybe ever - certainly in the last 5 years. I'm in my mid 30's and she's 27.

Next time she wants to "hang out" with him and his group, tell her "we ain't doing that tonight". See what she says. If she throws a fit, ditch her. Probably need to ditch her anyway. But I like seeing facial responses to things. Microexpressions tell the whole story. Someone nailed it earlier. If she cared or RESPECTED you, she wouldnt put you in those situations where her shitty friends dont even include you in conversations. Life is too short to hang out with assholes.
