Its not famous for both like Alabama is. Alabama has a horrible meth issue and some of the most lax incest laws in the country (Arkansas is bad too).
Upset alert: Mississippi is not very methy and Missouri is the methiest state of all. I think meth is a great indicator of trash level.

Grew up in Bama, moved to GA for 2 years out of college, moved to FL for 2 years, and settled in TN.

How is Florida a 5 seed? Seems like it should be the 2 seed in the East. I'm also not sure how Alabama gets seeded lower than LA and AR?
I say Florida out of the East and a toss-up between MS and AL out of the West. After that who knows which state can rise to the challenge and out trash the others.
