Can we determine once and for all which SEC state is the trashiest?

Here is how I would seed the first round (1 = trashiest):
SEC East
1. Kentucky vs 6. South Carolina
2. Tennessee vs 5. Florida
3.Missouri vs 4.Georgia
SEC West
1. Mississippi vs 4. Alabama
2. Louisiana vs 3. Arkansas
5. Texas (first round bye due to odd number)
The SECw is much harder to rank because - with the slight exception of TX - all of the states are pretty much equal.
How do you think it goes down?
SEC East

let's fix the odd # in the SEC West...
split Alabama right down I-65... east of it is for Auburn... west of it is for Alabama
also the Tuscaloosa side of Alabama clearly will come out of the West bracket

Trashy to me means shitty white people. Which means Florida is #1 followed by Alabama then probably Louisiana. Mississippi has a bunch of poor black people. It's broke and ghetto, not so much trashy.
