I get more of a buzz from Sam Adams than whiskey.

It's called Natural Ice. And it's as bad as you'd imagine it to be.

I used to get drunk drinking beer, but now it doesn't affect me the same way. I may get a buzz, but that's it.

If I go drinking Long Island Iced Tea and Crown then we have a problem. I gets stupid. Too old to do that shite now.

I drank a 30 pack on a dare 12 years ago during the Arkansas Texas game. We watched the game outside on a projector TV and it took me an hour to figure out how to get home

It was at my house

Last time I got drunk

I'm sure you could find one in Oregon or some liberal west coast state

f shite. 3 beers in an hour and you're buzzed, 6 and you're drunk outside of hardcore alcoholics.

Who would want to drink 6 beers in an hour? Even a hardcore alcoholic doesn't keep that kind of pace.

Not saying I couldn't drink 6 beers in a hour but that would be just the first hour, every hour after that would be about half that and I would be able to keep a nice steady buzz going for the rest of the day.

About a six pack is all I can handle. It is too filling for me too. Fat Tire is my go-to beer. If I want to tie a nice one on, a bottle or two of red wine does it just fine. A little bud with red wine is the best.

Like it.

Were you married at the time?

How was the morning visit to the porcelain throne after that one?

Always supplement your beer with an occasional shot of bourbon or vodka. I used to start off with a half pint before starting to drink beer.

A. I can drink 4-6 beers or more in an hour or two.

B. I drink a variety of beers. Some of which are over 10% abv.

Y'all (Louisiana) are almost dead last in average ABV, so, it's a nonstarter.

And this thread wasn't about ABV. It was about the filling nature of beer.

ETA: And don't give me this shite about drinking better beer. More alcohol does not make a better beer. I love a nice stout, but they have one of the lower alcohol levels of the beers. Cheap arse "Ice" beers or malt liquors have higher.

I rarely drink, so I'll catch a slight buzz on one beer. Two will get me feeling real good. 4-6 and I'll be fricked up.
