My uncle is 70+ years old. He was a morning person when he had to be. Now that he's in a position to set his own hours, he doesn't roll out of bed before noon, and never gets to the office before 2 PM.

"Non-morning person" is just a fancy term for lazy. Stop being lazy and you will become a morning person.

IMO-
before 7 am: not a morning person,
after 7 am: being lazy.

My problem isn't really just being awake early, but being in condition to do shite or on some mornings, be human.

I become into a huge morning person on vacations. Don't mind waking up earlier so I have that much longer in the day to enjoy my vacation surroundings.

Also more of a morning person on my days off for the same reason(to have more time to enjoy the day).

Nursie, this would describe me to a "T". I can not wake up early to work out and generally a terrible morning person. Tomorrow I leave for Vegas on an early flight and I will practically springboard out of bed at 4 am.

You're an adult. If you sleep that damn late you are a disgrace. Deal with the hangover, get your lazy arse out of bed and get going.

What if you don't have anything to do? Why not sleep in?

For me I have turned into more of a morning person, but it has been a long time evolving.

Being in the early morning work force for the last 10 years has got me used to waking up early.

The majority of my transformation into more of a morning person has happened in the last year. I've been dating a girl that is a morning person, that goes to bed pretty early. Going to bed earlier has made it much easier to get up and have more energy. I even jog before work now, something I never thought would be possible.

when i would spend the night with my grandparents, i'd get up at 6am and my grandad would make it clear i was eating LATE BREAKFAST. he'd already eaten & thrown the cold hard biscuits out for the squirrels from his breakfast.
