I'm sure the police dept investigators are focusing on the bruises and destruction of public property (uniform) caused by the dead man falling to the ground. I mean, how dare he fall to his death onto the public servant? The nerve!

So why did that part even make the report? Dispatch: "Officer are you okay?" Officer "I'm a little banged up, his dead body bruised my legs and his dead arms ripped my uniform, I'll have the workers comp doctor check it out, send paramedics for me and the coroner for the perp." Dispatch "Routing now"

Not in the USA. It's 100% against the law and will get you put in jail

Wait, the "Cincinnati PD is handling the investigation". So all is good.

Tensing is the cop dumbass. He fell after firing his gun. Read it again.

Whew. I was confused for a second as to why this was making headlines. Glad they cleared this up.

If you'll notice, the op clearly doesn't explain unimportant details like race. Just the meat and potatoes of what happened.

um. No. They carry a state commission meaning they can go anywhere, but they are not part DPS. Two separate budgets with two separate heads.

anyhoo... carry on

I could see this being justified if the officer was being dragged by the car

I'll wait for the video

Almost certainly over. I'd really put the over/under at 10 mothers.

maybe we ought to teach them not to fight cops and resist arrest.

Then, cops would be reduced to just walking up to random black men and shooting them dead.

When that starts to happen, I will be on your side. As long as thugs fight cops and resist arrest, I am on the cops side,

Chute em = solves a lot of problems. In this case the guy never makes it to having 20 kids. That is a good thing.

Thats what I'm betting on. Guy tried to drive away....officer reached in to grab the keys....car drives off dragging the officer hanging half way in the window.

And the 60 arrests suggests that perp should know how to handle the situation without getting his arse shot.
