I was wondering this morning if they're going to let him shave his head every morning or is really fully bald. Wonder what he looks like with hair on his head.

C. Ray's Top 3:

1) Chocolate City Speech (obviously)
2) 'Just Puttin' the Brand Out'
3) Referring to 9/11 as 'that hole in the ground' on 60 Minutes

Chick Foret on the Federal sentencing guidelines.

I think he's right about there being no doubt about him having at least 36 points. I think she adds 2 and gives him right at 20 years.

But why should Nagin complain -- after all, he now gets to live in a real chocolate city.

After watching the American Greed episode about Detroit's Kwame Kilpatrick, I cannot wait for the Ray Nagin episode.

Yeah exactly, everyone laughed. No one got angry. It was nowhere near the story of Sterling.

There is a big difference between national media laughing at him (and LA) and having outrage of the obvious racism.

She's going light. Not too surprising.

Who's not surprised that Nagin wasn't a leader?

Mark St Pierre got 17-1/2 yrs. Chick Foret doesn't think Nagin will get less than that.

Should be more for what he did, but there are people all over this country getting away with more and no time. Especially in the white collar or public service world.
