Have an eight year old malti-zu. Absolutely the best dog ever. Doesn't bark, doesn't need a lot of attention, but a walk or two a day. Loves just chilling and watching sports.
Just bought a multi-poo puppy. To early to tell how he will work out, but definitely a cute little sob.

Got a Yorkie around 10 months ago. Love him to death. He's on the large side for a Yorkie (not one of those fragile little toys) - around 10-11 pounds. I can play pretty rough with him, but he's easy maintenance since still relatively small. I was surprised by how much "terrier" he has in him - thought he'd just be a lap dog, but he's actually a blast to play with outside and loves to hunt for frogs and critters in the yard. Was fairly easy to potty train (around 6-8 weeks), and I love that he doesn't shed (my Jack Russell got hair everywhere - it was unreal). Highly recommend a Yorkie - but a real one, not a toy.
