I'd be fricking pissed if they tore up my house and backyard with Buccaneers shite...

Or is it just me..?

eta: Even if I was a huge Bucs fan

I love how they cut the camera away from his face when he says "it's warren sapp." he clearly had no idea who it was and they had to dub it in later.

Up for anything?

In the words of Kat Williams

"I got shite to do today"

I would have loved for the guy to have just done something to his grass or flower beds and flipped out

One of the funniest thing I ever read was when their little weekend bash selected that Colorado town to take over, and the mayor of the town said:

"The citizens just want to go about their business as usual. No one signed up for a weekend long beer party."

I read that Budweiser paid the town $5M for the rights and the mayor didn't even consult the townsfolk.

You realize it's fake, right? You realize those are actors following a script? Don't be fooled by the reality tv style production.

And I hate those fricking commercials so much.

I think it's a stupid campaign.

I just got out of jail after a DUI, my next move?

My parents just burned up in a house-fire, I'm looking to....?

The Doctors tell my SO and I that our child's case is terminal, my go-to move is...

Worse than that, the mayor agreed to only $500,000 to let Budweiser take over the city, and that's after Bud doubled their initial offer. They could've gotten way more!

$500,000

The one where friends are requesting to get back together bothers me too.

One girl says "I haven't seen yall in years, so I propose you come here..."

Selfish lazy bitch. Why don't you get off your arse and visit them?

In fairness, I think that they are real non-actors, though certain aspects are staged/known about in advance.

However, yes.

I hear what you are saying. My friend works for an ad agency in NY and he told me that one of the actors/morons was a boyfriend of some ad producer (this was the commercial with the douche bag riding around in a limo).

Also, that article you linked reads like it was paid for by Bud Light. Companies are getting slicker with their advertising.

sponsors now pay for online articles, not just ads

Not arguing with you, just doing my part in helping humanity fight Bud Light sponsored douchebaggery.

Actually they only paid the town $500,000, which they had to bargain with Budweiser to get that high. Personally I think they ripped off the town with that small of a payout.

"Weird. Every single person in this entire bar is drinking Bud Light in the exact same kind of bottle and all of them are holding it with the label facing out." - What a non-actor's reaction would likely be.

I mean, didn't this start with one where the guy went on stage with one direction or some other shite that wouldn't appeal to about 95% of the target audience? It's a terrible campaign.
