Well there is a brand new Racetrac being built across from said shopping center on La Avenue. Seems plausible enough that Bucees could by the land on the North side of I10 and wreak havoc. There isn’t a decent fuel stop between Scott and BREAUX Bridge off of 10.
And people who think they wouldn’t build off 10 or 12 are fools. There ain’t shite in Rosenberg TEXAS but there sure as hell is a Bucees.

I live just a few minutes from the new Bucees in Katy and haven’t even gone yet. We Texans are so spoiled by things like clean toilets.
