Bring MILO to Spanish Town Mardi Gras Parade

I would like to see them bring MILO to the Spanish Town parade. I think the melt would raise the river level and prepare Redstick for the Alton sterling news.

Spanish Town Mardi Gras is put on by generally smart people with a sense of humor.
