So if you've smoked weed in the past ~30 days, you get to go in for a blood test. I don't see this as an infringement at all
And if you've smoked everyday but didn't in 24 hours but dealt with an a-hole cop you will be getting a DUI because you will certainly have more THC in your blood stream than allowed.

Will this be able to differentiate between being high while driving and simply having marijuana in your system
This is what I'm curious about as well. There is a big difference in being high and having THC in your system, considering it stays in your system up to 30days.

There are differing laws in each state. You should know what your state defines as being impaired. For states with "per se" laws, ANY amount of marijuana is defined as impaired. States like Colorado and Washington (I think) set a limit by blood concentration. This is kind of tricky because most users don't really know how much is too much. Some states may use a urine test. A small number of states view erratic driving, odor of grass, red eyes, remnants of a joint/pipe as adequate proof of impairment.

Cops are not in the fair/unfair business. They are in the legal/illegal business.
Caveat emptor.

Just means both of you are a product of the scare that was reefer madness and passed on from generation to generation. Think for yourselves, if you can.
So you have no issue with someone driving stoned?
