Must be. I think it's been on the market for only 6 or 7 years. I'm in the wrong line of work if it is profitable to buy a house for $250,000 or so, tear it down, build a million dollar house and not sell it for 6 or 7 years.

Who can afford to do that?

Almost all of Area 6 is the most desirable place to live in East Baton Rouge parish. Mature neighborhoods with sidewalks, roads without gridlock, mail delivery to your door, convenient to shopping and entertainment, low crime--you can't beat it.

No shite. Several of the richest families in BR are no where close to CCL.

If I was ready to buy a house for 1-2 mil it would be a mansion in the above areas
