it is sad how many business have closed and the buildings are rotting away on Florida Blvd.

I think they're going to tear it down and the abandoned department store next to it pretty soon.
Tinseltown needs to go. That would clear the way for something else out there.

That area has been building up over the years. You'd think they would do something with Tinseltown.

I think the problem is that it's hard to repurpose a movie theater. You have all these odd sized rooms with no windows.

That's when you tear it down and expand the shopping in that area.
