Cadaver dogs led authorities to a "common grave" where they found the body of one of four men who had been missing in suburban Pennsylvania since last week, Bucks County district attorney Matthew Weintraub said.

At a midnight news conference, Weintraub identified the man as 19-year-old Dean Finocchiaro. He was found in what was described as a 12.5 foot deep common grave in a sprawling property at the center of the investigation.

"We are not done yet. This is a homicide, make no mistake about it," Weintraub told reporters.

Was also other unidentified human remains in the grave

I read that quote in officer Barbrady's voice in my head.

Amazing you'd be smart enough to try and dig a grave that deep yet dumb enough to do it on your own property.

This dude they have in custody must be some sort of serious mental case for them to know there was serious issues the moment the boys went missing.

There's gotta be more to the story like drug dealing ties or larger criminal activity.

Did he (they?) at least plant a tree or azalea where the hole was dug to make it not look like a body burial?

He also tried to sell the car of one of the missing guys. Not a smart move.

Is this the case where the cops keyed in on the location because of one of the victim's cell phones led them there?

Thank gawd for stupid criminals.

If they've barred the suspect from having a firearm due to mental issues and he had an involuntary stay at a facility, then the guy is definitely off his rocker. No telling what else they'll find on that property.

Additional human remains were found inside the grave, but were not yet identified, Weintraub said.

I read an article that briefly mentioned he was committed once--that's why he wasn't legally able to own a gun and was re-arrested earlier this week for something that happened in the spring. I'm not sure why they aren't talking more about this. This is just a very strange case. I'll be interest d to see the facts come out.

Yes, and once they traced the cell phone to the location and went there, they found one of the missing men's car. That obviously led them to focus on that location, which apparently is a large farm owned by the parents of the guy who tried to sell the car.

This sounds like some crazy movie shite. Hope they found all the remains of the young men and as Belle said earlier no telling what else they may find on that property.
