Bill Murray foils robbery in Phoenix

Bill Murray, who is in town visiting friends, told reporters about the incident.
“I saw this man on the sidewalk running towards me with a bag in his hand. Then he suddenly stopped when he saw me. He asked me if I was the zombie Bill Murray from Zombieland. I told him, ‘sure, why not’. Then he started telling me how much he loved me, and how Ghostbusters is his favorite movie, I dunno, and some other things. I was polite, I told him that was very nice of him to say. Then kind of out of nowhere, police showed up and tackled the man,” Murray said.

I have had several encounters with celebrities over the years, but the one I regret the most is bumping into Bill Murray on the escalator in ATL. I so wish I had a do over.
I was standing in the escalator and he was walking up. When I realized it was him he stepped on the same step as me, turned and looked me dead in the eye, shrugged his shoulders at me, and kept walking....
I fricking blew it.

I like me some Bill Murray and this story is awesome. But he is extremely overrated by the internet community. Especially The Chive.
