You're goddamn right a financial criminal can have a low bail. Has he hurt anyone? Been suspected of hurting anyone? Nope.

It sounds like what I suspected happened all along. I also find it highly interesting that it was an undercover cop that pushed for the Cossacks to go there and confront the Banditos in the first place.

And look at this report...
The report even says these guys were just sitting on a grassy area and their only apparent crime was wearing MC patches... and they weren't even from either the Banditos or Cossacks. These guys were literally jsut sitting there and got arrested for nothing.

By law, crime and arrest reports containing basic data — information such as a detailed description of the offense and the name and a description of the victim — have to be provided.
While some details about the dead, including identities, have trickled out, officials have been slow to provide information through documented reports as required by Texas Public Records Act.
Documents that have been released to Yahoo News appear to hap-hazardously redacted. Even though required by law, the names of arresting officers are omitted. But the identities, addresses and other contact information of suspect’s next-of-kin are prevalent.
The melee unfolded during the lunch-hour as hundreds of bikers descended on the Twin Peaks restaurant for a regional motorcycle club meeting.
Still unknown is where each victim was killed and by whom. Officers have acknowledged firing on armed bikers, but it is not clear how many of the dead were shot by gang members and how many were shot by officers.
Yahoo News submitted a written request on May 19 for reports related to the nine people who were shot and killed at the Twin Peaks restaurant.
On Wednesday, the Waco City Attorney’s office asked the Texas Attorney General for permission to withhold the records from Yahoo News and other media outlets that have made similar requests.

The report is right there. Did you not read it? It's right the in black and white in the cops own words. They arrived and saw three males sitting in a grassy area of the parking lot. It also states they were wearing leather vests with MC patches. I've read the report like three times now and for the life of me I can't see where it lists any actual crime these three individuals committed. Do you see something there that I'm missing?

Every report I've come across states it was Waco PD, including SWAT with I think some county and state troopers as well.
In the last video update from the lawyer in LV, it's now being claimed the Waco PD had an undercover cop inside the Cossacks MC and it was him that pushed the notion of going to this meeting to confront the Banditos. Go watch the video, it's linked just a few posts back.

King, Harris and Garcia were charged with engaging in organized crime. Like the 175 other bikers, their bail was initially set at $1 million. The three men were released last Friday after a judge agreed to reduce the amount to $25,000.
Those guys sat in jail from May 16 until May 29. That's one day shy of 2 weeks in jail and even the incident reports says all the cops saw them doing was sitting in the fricking grass. And they're still only out on bail. They still are facing charges of "engaging in organized crime".
