I just bought a microwave online from Appliance Connection. You can find good prices online you just have to check on the shipping costs. Some are free, some will be sky high. Also, usually no tax on these purchases.

When I buy local, usually Home Depot or Lowes when they are having a sale.

November is a good month to pick up deals on appliances. Decide what you want then see who has the best price. Get on the line and look them up on the Google.

Home Depot. They always have sales and free delivery. I just bought a new fridge and am about to buy a new range because mine almost killed me Sunday from a gas leak.

Do yourself a favor. Go to Amite,LA. and visit Brandons Hardware. They have everything you need and are very cheap and friendly folks. And they sell Speedqueen. They beat everyone elses prices here in the BR area by $150.00 on Speedqueen washers and dryers.

Sears is great. I got a SS Kenmore fridge and washer and dryer for 1500$ delivered and installed for a labor day sale. Should be some bad arse sales soon.

Yep. Mainly because of their inventory turnover demands. They literally HAVE to get rid of that stuff in a certain time frame, moreso than most other stores.

Costco and Amazon.

Unless you are shopping higher end brands in which case there are price controls and it doesn't matter. I just bought a bunch of JennAire Pro Series appliances and there was zero negotiation or price difference anywhere in the US. So I just got them from Stantons since it is a couple of blocks away.

Best buy with their financing and deals they usually have the best prices this time of year. The rest of the year I point to big box stores.

If you are in the NOLA area I recommend Drye Supply as well.

Best Buy and Home Depot both have a Whirlpool 25 cu. ft. stainless steel 4-door French door refrigerator on sale for $1299. Highly recommend. I bought one three years ago at that price on Black Friday.

Just an FYI Stantons has the best service before and after the sale. That's worth a lot more than $150 to a lot of people. Oh and they also don't have to service appliances that don't sell.
