1. They're gathering medical records
2. Not Morgan & Morgan. I heard from someone here on the OT who got me in touch with his wife who is an attorney at a big firm in New Orleans. They're handling things for me.
3. It's a slow process. They're investing time and money to first gather certified copies of my records and also have their medical folks review all these records. And from what I've already seen there is a mountain of paperwork to sift through. From the conversations I've had with them though, and the fact a senior partner at the firm has taken personal control of the case, I'm guardedly optimistic they will agree we need to take my case to court.

I wonder if they have to ask to come to special events. We obviously didn't see the five only non-Bandidos in town this week.
What about going to a bar and seeing other 1% biker dudes? Are they gonna automatically brawl?

So anyone that has ever said mean things to you and hurt your feelings on here has to walk up to a complete stranger in a bar room and start a fight with him to prove to you that they are the same person IRL as tbey are on here.

I never said anything about going up and physically attacking anyone. All I asked you about was you going up and saying to them face to face the same things you say to me on this message board almost daily.
As to what that would prove, it would prove to me you're not full of shite and you're willing to do the same things in real life as you do here. It's too late for that now. I only mudchecked someone once and that tells me what I need to know about who and what they are. But don't feel bad. Just because I identified you as a chickenshit and full of shite doesn't mean I hold any ill feelings toward you. I'm willing to walk away and never address you again if you'd extend me the same courtesy.

Again, itcall depends on if protocol was followed. If the visiting MC followed protocol then there should be no issues. The problems arise most of the time when protocol is not followed.

Again this goes back to protocol. As long as everyone follows protocol, usually there is no problems. However, I will say that if there are problems between clubs it will usually start at or around a bar.
