Got blindsided by a guy in freds one night. Both thrown outside and I proceeded to beat the shite out him. The only punch he landed was the initial one. In the 2 minutes it took his friends to separate us he was bleeding from both nostrils and over his eye.

Come to find out I had been hitting on his recently ex girlfriend pretty hard all night. I felt bad because if I had just been dumped and saw the same thing going on i would have reacted the same way

What made it even worse was he got my number from a mutual friend and apologized for the whole incident a couple days later

Neither of which were unwarranted. I wouldn't feel bad.

But he could.

Haha that's me too!

OP I feel terrible about a few in my past especially when they didn't want to fight(I was a major tpos from age 15-20).

Must be pretty common. I've gotten a few Facebook messages from guys from my old high school apologizing to me.

I've never hit anyone. And I've actually thought before that I'd probably feel extremely guilty if I did. Even if they were horrible people.

I have a friend like that. 6'3 280 at least. Not necessarily muscular but solid guy. People always mess with him for some reason. Seen him destroy a few guys

Both became your friends? If that's your track record with fights you might want to uppercut your wife the next time you see her.

It really does blow my mind. I don't fight often. If it does come to punches you better knock me the hell out

Sounds like your two buddies were dicks and got what was coming to them

Also, might want to schedule some anger management counseling.

You never know who you're messing with.

I saw a guy about 5'8" whip a big ol boy's arse at a Saints game.

well, it wasn't really an arse-whipping.

The smaller guy did some move with the heel of has hand to the bigger guy's nose and turned it into a puddle of blood and snot. (my apologies LL).

Fight was over.

I knocked out a good friend of mine. He's a real close friend and I didn't mean to hit him so hard, but we were both really really drunk and arguing and he swung on me, so I ended it.

I felt like shite and apologized to all parties involved over and over again. I really was just trying to subdue him and I connected and the drunken state we were in caused him to go out cold and limp to the ground.

My brother thought he was dead.

We are still real good friends, and even though everyone involved knows I'm sorry about it I still feel bad about it.

If you see this, I love you bro. Still sorry

In my defense it all started because he pissed all over me while I was passed out on a buddies couch.

Probably drunkest I've ever been in my life

well I guess it was justified then when I was in college guys would "pube" unfortunates that would fall asleep on the couch early in the evening, it was just chest hair but did provoke some interesting forms of retaliation

This for sure.

I grew up with a kid who is about 5'8 170. He was the youngest of 4 boys and he does Olympic powerlifting competitions now but looking at him he's not super intimidating.

Seen him blow quite a few noses up.

His favorite move was to catch people off balance and sweep their plant leg out from them. He's had guys on their arse with his knee on their throat in seconds. The whole time he's yelling that he doesn't want to fight.

I gotta be honest, when I saw that guy do that, I was like, "dang, I'd like to know that move".

I punched a girl when I was in 3rd grade because she was making fun of me. My dad had told me before that if I came home crying again about someone calling me names without handling it myself (fighting if need be) then he would give me something to really cry about. So, I asked her to stop, she didn't, so i punched her in the face and busted her lip. She cried to a teacher, they called my dad and when he got me home he gave me the worst spanking I ever got from him. Then he said "Damn it (HJJ). I thought you had enough sense to know I didn't mean hit a girl"

I was so mad that I almost threw him under the bus when my mom asked why I would ever hit someone.
