Lol right? It's not all that bad. Like no science at all to back up the notion that it's terrible for your health

i didn say it wasnt bad for you. Its the cancer scare they use.

That greasy cheese burger and fries will probably kill you before tobacco use will

Those 3-4 coke drinks a day will probably kill you before

All the suger we eat will probably kill you before

All are bad for you....

There are also tons of studies that show how small of % chance you increase cancer risk by smokeless tobacco. It has been used for centuries. Why is it all these tribes in the amazon and middle easterners use it yet their death by cancer is lower than those in united states. The cancer scare is blown out of shape. We are killing ourselves more quickly with the shite we are eating than with smokeless tobacco

Smokeless is definitely better than smoking but you still increase your risk of oral cancer by 4x.

Sept 7, 2007. Last day I took a dip of Cope. To this day, I'm still scared that if I took a dip, I'd be right back at it within a week.

I dipped this past weekend in Toledo bend after having quit back in December. Before I left, I threw the van away and haven't had another one. I don't have an addictive personality, though.

and how much does my cancer risk increase by eating steroid/antibiotic loaded chicken and beef? Or pesticide/preservative loaded fruits and veggies?

Or drinking soft drinks?
or eating sugar daily? or artificial sweetners?

What about my cancer increase from drinking (which is far greater health issue than smokeless tobacco) but is widely accepted, but rarely talked about in cancer debates.

I agree, smokeless tobacco isnt good for you. Could it cause cancer? Sure... is the risk that much greater for a smokeless tobacco user? maybe... if so not much.

I'm not sure on chicken, beef, soft drinks, alcohol, or artificial sweeteners. For smokeless tobacco it's 400% for oral cancer.

I dipped on and off for 20yrs so I'm not trying to be self-righteous. You asked by how much, I just answered with what I've read to be true. I quit because, to me personally, it sounded like a lot.

this is wrong (according to other studies) Depends on which one you want to believe. Like i mentioned before. Why is it the united states has a higher rate of cancer deaths, yet these middle eastern villages and jungle tribes that chew tobacco for centuries are not having increased cancer deaths.
