Yes we don't actually have parades, non-chain restaurants, any culture to speak of, and it's just a myth that BR is the capitol city. Hell, our crime rate and city council are worse than NOLA's too.

Me and my dog got kicked out last year. Otis is not neutered and kept humping all the other dogs. They said he was being disrespectful

Went to one in Covington yesterday. Stayed 1 hour. Heard exactly 2 barks, and that was 2 more than the number of dog terds that I saw.
Those were not real dogs. Pampered. Child-like.

Where is the best area to park for Baton Rouge parades? Looking at the route, it appears I would just have to risk a side street somewhere near the route.
