Sorry you can't afford headphones or first class.

Don't be surprised about the clientele when you fly in steerage. I almost feel bad for you, but then again I realize you can't afford nice things, so you complain about it here.

I get it. Make better flying choices, but lay off adult crying.

No it's based on if people agree or disagree with what either of us are saying. Surely you can't be that dumb.

I think you're confused.

referencing upvotes of shitty parents who can't control their brats as an indication of the logic employed in your posts.

Why are parents with shitty kids so sensitive?

WoW! This original poster must be a miserable person and I kind of feel sorry for the loser. Hopefully it's just a stage they'll grow out of.

I think it's more on the parent than the kid. We just flew to Orlando with our 2 year old. We had multiple things for him to play with. Also brought snacks for people around us in case he went HAM. Luckey for us he only complained the last five minutes of the descent.

Why is it anyone else's problem that the parent is unable to control their child? That sounds like a personal problem.

You obviously have no experience with small children.

1) interaction =/= disruption. Disrupting passengers is not allowed and you will be removed from a plane for causing disruptions.

2) The passenger area will, by default, become quieter when the parent removes the disruptive child and takes it to the bathroom. I don't care how large the bathroom is, that's not my problem. I don't care how long it takes you in that bathroom to get that child quiet. Not my problem.

3) I didn't say airlines weren't more inclined to do so, so I don't know who you're arguing with here. I'm simply saying they shouldn't be as lenient because it's equally disruptive even if not threatening.

So again, how is this a failure in logic?

This is one of the very few pet peeves I have. I've said something to parents before who have crying babies in airplanes and restaurants.

Each time the parent was making no effort to shut the kid up. It doesn't get much trashier than that.

You're not allowed to say that here because we have a bunch of parents on here who think they have a free pass to annoy everyone around them because they have a baby.

What makes you think I have kids?

The better question is why do the people in steerage complain about things they obviously can't afford? #poorpeopleproblems

Not arguing. You asked for reasons/logic, I gave you those.
Carry on with your quest.

This is the part that pisses me off more than the cry child itself.

At least make an effort to calm your child down when you're on a plane, restaurant, movie theater, etc...

No sense in inconveniencing an entire plane, and writing it off as "Well babies cry, it's what they do, deal with it".

Parents are pretentious.

Nothing you referenced was a failure in logic.

To be fair, it's on the parents. I am not mad at the baby itself.

Infants have no place in nice restaurants and especially in a bar - and yes that happens.

This is really the only reason to complain. A good parent gets a little embarrassed by their kid's behavior. As long as you are doing your best to calm the kid down, most people are very understanding.

It is part of the experience you paid for jackass. If you don't like it there's first class and there are charter flights. You're paying for coach accommodations which include others of varying ages and disposition. if you require private accommodation then you have to pay for it
