You're right. I'm just hearing now the person that was shot wasn't the person that shot the gun.
The shot did come from inside the porta pottie, apparently hit the person in the porta pottie next to him.

Not sure where you would've heard anything different, because every media outlet has been reporting since it happened early this afternoon that the shot came from inside the stall and hit someone on the outside.

That was just before Christmas of 2015. It's been back in the news here because her trial is underway. She spent most of her first trial day falling on the floor and shrieking loudly until they hauled her out of the court.

Because when I was standing right next to the scene earlier one of the officers told me they thought it was an accidental self inflicted shooting.

I was standing so close to the truck that drove through the crowd I could have touched it as I went by. I was just about to cross the street. I would have been infront of him but I turned around to go use the rest room. My friend jumped out of the way to avoid being run over. As a nurse, he immediately started medical assessments on the injured.

I was standing 10 feet from the truck that drove through the crowd tonight. Watched people get run over and mangled. It was the most disgusting thing I've ever witnessed in my life

One young guy was coughing blood (internally bleeding) and struggling to breathe. It appeared he had been run over at chest level. The girl he was with was completely unresponsive.

His shoulder was completely out of socket. Collar bone was likely broken.

From a trauma response perspective it's pretty interesting to see the injured each tagged with a number/color tag indicating priority and I'm assuming the hospital they need to be transported to.
